THE SOLUTION HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREEN: LAMBDA TD Software's LAMBDA FIVE ENVIRONMENT (LFE™) FIVE is an universal remote control system, designed to integrate all the hardware devices found in a house, a commercial building, a school, a hospital, a municipal center, etc. The system user has absolute control over all the interconnected equipment of one's private property simply by using a touchpad. This LFE™ FIVE Touchpad allows its operator to do things like switching on/off lamps, opening/closing the garage door, keeping a vigilant eye on one's property through the security cameras, checking the refrigerator stock, heating or cooling any part or all of the house, and much more. The web-based part of the system allows its users to control the hardware devices from any-where in the world. With a specially designed Graphic User's Interface (GUI), the user can log into the system and execute the same commands as if sitting in one's favorite reclining chair at home. Also, due to its web-based platform, the user can easily navigate throughout the system and enable other users (temporarily or permanently) to operate it. For instance, a father, as the "Master-User", is able to set up accounts for his children, enabling them to access and control the specific parts of the house that only one of the "Master-Users" can decide is safe and appropriate (with or without a pre-configured restriction). Or, a Hotel Manager can delegate separate tasks to different employees by assigning various security access levels for each worker, supervisor, or manager. For most users, a personalized interface skin loaded onto a stationary touch panel wall screen would fulfill all of their system control requirements. But the LFE™ FIVE system goes far beyond basic system control requirements, it also allows an unlimited range of creativity and personalization from the standard GUI interface. A user can incorporate digital photos and personal artwork to the interface screen without losing the look and feel of the familiar dashboard.
