The name of our product is LFE™ Five (pronounced "Life Five"), and what we make is the first web-based smart home automation and universal remote control platform operated by our patented LFE™ touch panel system. The LFE™ Five is a universal remote control system that addresses the five core elements of a robust and scalable smart home of the future: 1) home media and entertainment, 2) security and surveillance, 3) HVAC Climate Controls, 4) electrical appliances, motors, timers, event managers and lighting controls, 5) analog and digital communications. Our business solves the final proper design for smart home connectivity: a single device that will serve as your MASTER COMMAND CENTER.
Our competitors have been extremely successful with installing smart home technologies into single family homes. Their product(s) are extremely expensive, proprietary and painfully custom. Also, our competitors have only been successful corporate Audio/Video and in automating one single family home at a time. The LFE™ Five automates single family homes, as well as creates "smart buildings" (such as a high rise luxury condo development), or even a "smart communities" in which a single family home can connect and communicate to the common areas as well as to other single family homes in their neighborhood. Not one of our competitors can make this claim, and we are the only company to fill this niche in our industry.
We have a sophisticated and sustainable business model that received the highest 4 Star Rating from a prestigious Angel Investor network: Funding Universe. Our company was recently publicly listed and is being actively traded on the DAX Frankfurt Stock Exchange and XETRA and was invited to present our business in Bonn, Germany to Deutsche Telekom. We are currently looking for 1.5 million dollars USD in order to upgrade our servers and data centers, and to get us to a self-sustaining stage of our growth.
Our direct sales and website promote to construction industry professionals and to retrofit services for current home owners. In industry surveys, over 80% of homeowners would immediately upgrade to smart home automation as long as: 1) the product is affordable and reliable, 2) the system was modular and easily scalable, and 3) the technology had a non-obsolescence warranty. In our own polling, over 70% indicated that they would prefer to have all of the system set-up, maintenance, upgrades and programming be done remotely over the Internet. Accordingly, we expect a great market response for the LFE™ Five System and rapid sales ramp-up.
"Our challenge is to assertively network and support diverse consumer electronics (CE) in order to proactively customize and to professionally personalize effective services in the following markets: 1) home controls automation, 2) security and surveillance, 3) data centers and Network Operating Centers (public and private), 4) emergency command centers, and 5) subscriber services, maintenance and repair."
The LFE™ Five System is: 1) home media and entertainment, 2) security and surveillance, 3) HVAC Climate Controls, 4) electrical appliances, motors, timers, event managers and lighting controls, and 5) analog and digital communications.
"Every technology goes through three stages: first a crudely simple and quite unsatisfactory gadget; second, an enormously complicated group of gadgets designed to overcome the short comings of the original and achieving thereby somewhat satisfactory performance through extremely complex compromise; and third, a final proper design therefrom." -- Robert A. Heinlein, 1952
THE SOLUTION HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREEN: LAMBDA TD Software's LAMBDA FIVE ENVIRONMENT (LFE™) Five is an universal remote control system, designed to integrate all the hardware devices found in a house, a commercial building, a school, a hospital, a municipal center, etc. The system user has absolute control over all the interconnected equipment of one's private property simply by using a touchpad. This LFE™ Five Touchpad allows its operator to do things like switching on/off lamps, opening/closing the garage door, keeping a vigilant eye on one's property through the security cameras, checking the refrigerator stock, heating or cooling any part or all of the house, and much more. The web-based part of the system allows its users to control the hardware devices from any-where in the world. With a specially designed Graphic User's Interface (GUI), the user can log into the system and execute the same commands as if sitting in one's favorite reclining chair at home. Also, due to its web-based platform, the user can easily navigate throughout the system and enable other users (temporarily or permanently) to operate it. For instance, a father, as the "Master-User", is able to set up accounts for his children, enabling them to access and control the specific parts of the house that only one of the "Master-Users" can decide is safe and appropriate (with or without a pre-configured restriction). Or, a Hotel Manager can delegate separate tasks to different employees by assigning various security access levels for each worker, supervisor, or manager. For most users, a personalized interface skin loaded onto a stationary touch panel wall screen would fulfill all of their system control requirements. But the LFE™ Five system goes far beyond basic system control requirements, it also allows an unlimited range of creativity and personalization from the standard GUI interface. A user can incorporate digital photos and personal artwork to the interface screen without losing the look and feel of the familiar dashboard. It also allows drag-and-drop layouts, creating animated avatars, downloading information and a vast set of other possibilities. The LFE™ Five System is a powerful universal all-in-one tool, yet still is simple, efficient, robust, scalable, user-friendly and entirely GREEN.
LEED is an internationally recognized green building certification system, providing third-party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), LEED provides building owners and operators a concise framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions. LEED is flexible enough to apply to all building types – commercial as well as residential. It works throughout the building lifecycle – design and construction, operations and maintenance, tenant fitout, and significant retrofit. And LEED for Neighborhood Development extends the benefits of LEED beyond the building footprint into the neighborhood it serves.
